Quick post..I have sooo much to do still and time is running out. YIKES! My daughter said she really wanted a hand made gift this year. Kept racking my brain for ideas until I saw a button tree someone had made. Perfect! She loves trees and she loves Fall. Hope she likes it! I may have gone overboard a little with the buttons...I am not a painter, that's for sure! But it was a fun thing to work on. Now if I could just get the rest done!

I finally finished the holiday cookie books! Hope they like them. They are for my 2 stepsisters. I made one similar from a kit but then used the idea to create these. The front cover is actually a clipboard. This was a fun project!
 But seriously...Can we turn back the clock for a week or so? I feel like a failure this year! Cards didn't get made and sent, no cookies, projects for my friends didn't get finished..Had to cancel my December card class...the list goes on...
I HATE that!! But time has gotten away from me. It didn't help that I was sick and had family issues to deal with. Well. On a positive note, I will have my cards and projects completed for next year. Gonna finish them in the next month since I already have them started.
May your Christmas be filled with all good things. I am excited to have my kids back home for the holidays. This will be the first year both of them don't live at home. I have 2 craft projects to get done today, NO MATTER WHAT!! Not going to bed until they are finished!!

Hello! Long time,no see...
It has been CRAZY around here! I love the holidays but I  don't love all the hustle and bustle.
These are some gift card holders I was working on for my class. I had to cancel it due to a family emergency so the kits will be put away until next year. Hope I remember!! I have come to the realization that all my projects are NOT going to be done on time so I am throwing in the towel.
My new favorite saying is "It is was it is" and try to let the guilt feelings disappear. I am concentrating on the most important and not going to worry about the rest.
I hope you are having a wonderful holiday season. I am working on some cookie cookbooks. Hope to finish up tonight. I will post pictures tomorrow if I do. I think I shared this song last year but just in case...Enjoy!

TGIF my friends! I have sooo many projects to get done....ARG.....
having a mini panic attack wondering how they are all gonna get done!
Being sick all last week did not help but I am better now and have to get a move on!
This is my husbands card for his work. Not thrilling but he wanted a Christmas card with a bus to send to all his customers. I am about half way done with them, then I can move on to the next project. I put a piece of acetate on the back so it looked like real windows. He likes them so I guess that's all that matters! Hope you are all well and having fun crafting! See you soon!
