Happy Saturday to ya! I feel like I am running at full speed just to try and catch up to "life"! I thought these days of summer are supposed to be long & lazy!! They are just flying by!!!
Today's card is one we are going to do in an upcoming class. Simple but I think these hedgehogs are adorable!. We walk 2x a week at our local mall and the pet store has some real hedgehogs for sale. I have to say they look just like this Penny Black stamp. I'm not sure I would want one for a pet though...not very "cuddly". Plus they want 185.00 for one! But they are fun to stop & look at.
I hope you are having a great weekend. I hope to get to some of the stuff I need to this afternoon...I have class on Tuesday..YIKES!

Hi ! Sorry I wasn't around yesterday. I walked & did water exercise. When I was done my couch was calling my name! Then we went out for dinner. So didn't get much done.

Today's card is an new image called "Crying Halloween" from Squigglefly. I don't "do Halloween" but I thought this image was cute. I colored her with Copics. You can't see all the sparkle in the photo but her cape is sparkly from my clear glitter Spica pen. I added some small rhinestones to her crown & white puffy paint to look like fur on the cape. The pumpkin has clear glaze on it to make it look more dimensional. The inside of the card says..."GONE BAD". Definitely meltdown time. I remember those days...

Howdy! Hope you are having a fabulous weekend. Mine went from one end of the spectrum to the other...funeral on Friday. Wedding on Saturday. The wedding was a dear friends daughter. It was so nice. Everyone looked all dolled up and it was nice to see some of my friends let their hair down!

Today's card picture is a little crooked but I don't have time to fix it. I have to get ready for church. I missed last week because my (mental but cute) dog...Not the puppy or Molly either...bit me in the face right at the top of my nose. Blood dripping everywhere so I didn't make it to church. It got infected but is now on the mend. Never a dull moment around here that's for sure!

Monday, Monday.... Isn't it great that every time you get up it's a new day with a clean slate? I am...bad weekend but it is now behind me and I am ready for a great day!

Today's card was a quick one. My crafting time has been a little short due to the new puppy. I'm not complaining...she is soooo adorable! But she is like having a baby around. She finds every little thing that hits the floor...buttons, brads, paper scraps. You name it she has found it. Stuff that I didn't even see.

Anyhow, back to the card...Stamp is by Hero Arts. I colored it with my Copics, added a little clear glaze & a little sparkle. I'm going to stamp "maybe a cupcake will help" on the inside. Some fun colored buttons added to the top and it's done!

One more card for you today! This image is from Squigglefly. It's called Whimsy Birds. I've had it on my desk for awhile but never finished it. I think it is a fun image.
