Hello!
Boy...When you get used to something it's so hard to change..at least for me! My photo editing program is no more so I have to try something else. Still don't have the hang of it! Hopefully I will learn more about it so I can keep posting!
I have been working on a vintage album all week that I plan on having a class for. I'm showing you a few of the pages and the cover. I have been in to making books lately. It's been a nice change! It was a lot of fun to make and I hope it is a successful class. Thanks for stopping by. Hope to see you soon.
Arggg!! My photo editing software is no longer accessible and Im trying to figure out a solution. Its very hard to teach an old dog (me) new tricks! Hope to figure it out soon. Please bear with me!!

Hello! Boy...Blogger has changed and I am all confused! Im a creature of habit so when things change, me no likey!! Hopefully I will figure it out... So, I hope you had a great weekend. I did. Celebrated my "baby's" 23rd birthday with a mexican dinner & cake. Then yesterday I went to a play & dinner with a group of friends. Had a good time! I am so blessed to have such good friends! Today's project isn't a card! It's a shabby chic little scrapbook/quote book I have been working on. It's fun to do something different once in awhile. Have a great day!

Wow! Its Wednesday already! I have been a busy bee...lunch with a friend on Friday. Dinner & a movie with another friend Friday night... Sat. went to an all day crop with a bunch of friends. Spent Sunday with my daughter. Taught card class last night...Whew...I'm tired just typing it all...LOL! I am BLESSED to have such wonderful friends! My home life is a struggle so it lifts my spirits to be with my friends.
The wedding card was made with a Cheery Lynn Christmas bell die. When I first saw it I thought it would make a great wedding card or anniversary card. Since the bells are so intricate you don't need much else on the card. I used an acetate sheets with white polka dots for the background. Added a few pearls and bows and it was complete!
I LOVE this next card!! That little "angry" bird is so cute! I cut his beak a little to "hold" the flower. Added a little red chalk to his belly. I am very happy how this card turned out...Love the colors! He makes me smile.
Thanks for stopping by today. Hope you have a wonderful day!

Howdy!
Happy Wednesday!
I have been crafting away!
The flower card is made with Becca's punch technique that I used on a previous post. Then I added flowers and leaves all from dies or punches. Added some gems and pearls to finish it off. I must have spring on the brain...making a lot of flower cards lately!

The second card is made with a Hero Arts stamp called Newspaper Owl. You know how much I love OWLS! No matter what I did with him though I wasn't happy. This was my fifth and final attempt! I cut him out and popped him up. Added some Glossy Accents to his beak and some gems to his eyes. I used a new embossing folder with leaves for the background and added a rub on for the sentiment.
Have a great day...see you soon!

Monday, monday...Actually I just realized it's Tuesday..LOL!!
Hello! Hope you had a great Easter.
I have 2 cards to show you today. I am in love with the pink & black one. It was a very simple card to make but I love those colors together. The black paper came already embossed from Michaels. I stamped the flower twice and cut it out. The second flower I just cut out the center. I popped it up to give it some dimension then added a button to the middle. The rick rack separates the 2 papers. I added a Happy Birthday rub on and some pearls to finish it off.

The second card uses a stamp I have had for ages! I decided it needed some love!I added a touch of cream colored chalk to give the flowers a hint of color. Then I added a small pearl in the center of the large flower. The black Scallop trim was made with a Martha Stewart punch that I cut in half after I punched it out. I had some epoxy stickers in my stash too that I used on the bottom.
Thanks for dropping by today. Hope you have a great start to the week!

Hi! Its the start of Easter weekend. Hope yours is filled with Family, Fun & Faith. I am so grateful to our Lord for taking our place on the cross!

I am feeling really good today...so far no pain. Every day its become less and less and hopefully today it will be gone! The only frustrating part is all the housework that needs done that I am not allowed to do yet. But it WILL wait for me...LOL!!
I have two cards to share with you today. The first one is made out of coordinating papers & stickers. I made the background with a EK Success punch with Beccas technique. So fun! Never would have thought to do that. You can view her video here. Finished it off with a premade Hello sticker from my stash.

The window card looks so springy!! It was a fun card to make! The window die & flower box are from Memory Box Dies. I added some flowers I made with flower punches I had and added pearls to dress them up. I used a Martha Stewart punch for the "curtains". Added a little greenery and popped up the flower box.
Have a wonderful day.
